1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using wikis.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. If you use wikis.ai for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

wikis.ai provides public AI Wiki pages and a workspace for sending prompts to one or more AI models. Features, model availability, allowances, response speed, and pricing may change as providers and the service evolve. We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

3. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
• Do not create accounts to evade limits, enforcement, or payment obligations.

4. AI responses and important decisions

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. Different models may produce conflicting answers, and repeated prompts may produce different results.

You are responsible for evaluating outputs before using or sharing them. Do not rely on wikis.ai as a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice, or as the sole basis for decisions that could materially affect a person.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant wikis.ai a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use wikis.ai to:

• Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or facilitate fraud, abuse, exploitation, or violence.
• Upload malware, interfere with the service, probe security controls, or gain unauthorized access.
• Automate access in a way that overloads the service, bypasses limits, or violates provider restrictions.
• Misrepresent AI-generated material as verified fact where doing so could cause harm.
• Submit personal, confidential, copyrighted, or regulated information without the required authority.
• Reverse engineer or extract protected components except where applicable law expressly permits it.

7. Plans, allowances, and billing

Paid plans renew for the billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled. Taxes may apply. Model prompts may be counted separately for each selected panel, and Basic and Advanced models may use different allowances. We will disclose current prices, renewal terms, and material limits before purchase. Except where required by law or stated at checkout, fees already paid are non-refundable.

8. Third-party models and services

The service depends on third-party AI providers, payment processors, hosting services, and other vendors. Their availability and outputs are outside our complete control. Provider-specific restrictions may apply, and a model may be replaced, renamed, limited, or removed.

9. wikis.ai content and intellectual property

The wikis.ai service, interface, brand, software, and original editorial content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of wikis.ai technology or branding.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risks, nonpayment, legal requirements, provider restrictions, or material violations of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, wikis.ai is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that every model will remain available. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, wikis.ai and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service or reliance on AI outputs. Liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice for material changes. Continuing to use the service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
